For restaurants, cafés and retail

Your till records what happened.
This tells you what to do about it.

Everything a small operator has to keep on top of — the numbers, the rota, the regulars, the messages that bring them back — running off the sales you are already taking. One place, one price, no new hardware.

What it covers

Six jobs that usually need six products

Each of these is a category somebody will happily sell you on its own subscription. They are one thing here, because they are one business.

DataIncluded

Every sale from your till, read the way an operator reads a business rather than the way a payment processor reports one.

Included on your plan. Nothing here is sold as an add-on.

The arithmetic

Or buy them one at a time

Every figure below is a published list price at the cheapest tier that covers the job, for one location. Switch off anything you would not buy.

Pick the jobs you need doing

Every figure on this panel is Canadian dollars. The vendors above publish in USD, converted here at 1.37, each at the cheapest published tier that covers the job for one location. Their figures are monthly list prices — several offer their own discount for paying yearly, which the term switch does not apply on their behalf. Sources are listed below.

Per location, per month · CAD

$656 CAD

5 subscriptions
5 invoices, 5 logins

$315 CAD

xTrackly Pro
monthly

You keep $341 CAD a month, or $4,095 a year.

And one renewal date instead of 5.

›Where these prices come from

Avero — From, custom-priced, US$300/location/month. Quoted per site and scaled by revenue; $300 is the bottom of the published range. (restaurantvelocity.com)

Lineup.ai — Forecasts Only, US$79/location/month. The cheaper of its two tiers, and the one that covers forecasting alone. (lineup.ai/pricing)

Square Loyalty — Per location, US$45/location/month. Billed per site from day one, and only for merchants already on Square. (loop.fans)

Klaviyo — Email + SMS, 500 contacts, US$35/location/month. The entry tier. The price climbs with the size of the list, and message credits are extra. (omnisend.com)

A web designer — One-off build, then hosting, US$200 to build plus US$20/location/month. Build quotes for a small business commonly run $200 to $1,000 and up, then a monthly hosting or care fee on top. $200 and $20 are the bottom of both. (typical agency and freelance quotes)

List prices as published in 2026 and checked against each vendor's own pricing page or a public pricing directory, except the website line, which is a range because that job is quoted rather than listed. One-off build fees are left out of the monthly totals above. They change; if you find one out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

The difference

The usual way, and this way

Not a feature list. The five things that actually change about running the week.

Running on the till's own reports

  • Where the numbers live

One export per question, opened in a spreadsheet that is out of date by Monday.

  • What you pay for

A separate subscription for each job, each with its own login, invoice and renewal date.

  • Who it is written for

A payments company's idea of a report: settlement, fees, batch totals.

  • What happens to the quiet insight

It waits in a report nobody opens, and is noticed a quarter late.

  • Getting a second site on

Every tool re-bought, re-configured and re-paid for, per site.

Running on xTrackly

  • Where the numbers live

One place, current, and the same figures every person in the business is looking at.

  • What you pay for

One subscription. One invoice. Every job included at the tier you are on.

  • Who it is written for

An operator's idea of a week: what sold, who came back, what it cost to open the doors.

  • What happens to the quiet insight

It is put in front of you, in a sentence, on the day it starts to matter.

  • Getting a second site on

Added to the account you already have, at a price that falls as you grow.

Two plans. Everything in the plan.

Per location, in Canadian dollars. Nothing here is metered, and nothing is sold as an add-on later.

$275/month

$206.25/month if you pay for the year — 25% off.

Pro

Everything

All six jobs on the ring above, including marketing, loyalty and the full AI. This is the plan the comparison is against.

$315/month

$236.25/month if you pay for the year — 25% off.

Your data

Yours. Read from your till, never sold, never pooled with anyone else's.

Setup

Connect the till and the history comes with it. No installation, no new hardware.

Commitment

Monthly if you want it. The longer terms are a discount, not a lock-in.

More than one site? The price per location falls as you add them — tell us how many.

Connect your till. See your own numbers.

The history comes across with the connection, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing to type in. If it does not tell you something you did not already know, you have lost an afternoon.
